If there are sentences that are too incoherent to guess what I tried to write, please insert an exclamation mark at the beginning.
As to the parentheses, like 【in / on】, colorize suitable ones please.

I love coffee, have at least, from three cups and when highest, up to about five cups a day.

I hear that coffee is not only tasty but it could prevent cancer.

Coffee goes well with sweet foods.

Japanese tea also does.

To my interest, although we live in different places and have different cultures from each other, we unintentionaly have taken the same choices of the combination, caffein and suger.

We might know by instinct that they are good to our brains.

When I go on reading long English sentences such as articles in wikipedia for study, I strongly feel my brain getting tired, which makes me want a cup of coffee and something sweet like doughnut.

I replenish some energy to my brain 【with them / by having them】.

Upon taking them in, I feel my brain resume 【working / running】 well.

I hear that simultaneous interpretation takes a lot of suger in brain, it terribly exhausts those who do it.

I wonder how it feels when simultaneously translating.

Interpreters have to consider and understand nuance of words and on top of that, to instantly and accurately yet clearly convey it not only to change them into another language.

And it also requires them highly built up skills of their mother tongue.

Whatsoever kind of food makes them that intelligent!?

May that is coffee.
