Minä matkustan rakennusta pitkin autolla. Minun ystäväni on rakennuksen takana. Hän istuu puun taakse. Puun edessä on keltainen pieni laatikko. Minä menen tuon laatikon eteen. Kaverini tulee puun takaa.
Sota unta vastaan on häviötä. Minä en voi taistella unta vastaan. Olen väsynyt. Nukun. Menen huoneeseeni. Minun sängyn luona on valtava lipasto.
Minä pakenen valvonnasta.
Minä tartun palloon.

How should I use these words? From their dictionary definitions, they seems pretty similar.
Kävin kaupassa, jossa saisin ruokaa. (I went to the store to get some food)
Sometimes 'että' is used instead in spoken language.
In written language 'että' is mostly used in structures like this:
Tiesin, että hän oli myöhässä. (I knew (that) he was late.)
Puhuin siitä, että hän oli myöhässä. (I talked about him being late)
Olin hänen kanssaan. (I was with her.)
Kenen kanssa hän pelasi? (Who did he play with?)
'mukaan' is derived from the word 'mukana' which also means 'with' but it's used a little differently.
Onko hän mukana pelissä? (Is he with us/you/them in the game?)
Puhelin kulkee mukana taskussa. (A phone travels in my/your/somebody's pocket.)
So "A on B:n kanssa" = "A is with B"
and "A on mukana" is the same but without specifying the B.
It may be a little confusing since english doesn't allow this kind of structure.
'mukaan' doesn't have an english equivalent so I'll just give you some examples.
Ota reppu mukaan. (Take the backpack with you.)
Hän otti repun mukaansa. (She took the backpack with her.)
Tule mukaan peliin. (Join the game.)
Lähdin heidän mukaansa. (I went with them. / I joined them.)
'mukaan' also has another meaning:
Hänen mukaansa Maa on litteä. (According to him the Earth is flat.)
Wikipedian mukaan Maa on aurinkokuntamme tihein planeetta. (According to Wikipedia the Earth is the densest planet in our solar system)
Matkustan rakennusta pitkin autollani.
You don't neccesary need ''Minä'', since matkust''an'' already indicates that you're talking about yourself. Either way is ok though! :)
Also, if you want to say it's your car, you can say ''autollani''.
