These are the titles of the lotteries in Blood of Bahamut.
I can only translate a couple of them. please help me with the rest.

-> Royal Flush (Literally: "Thirteen Orphans" Mah jong hand. but this makes no sense in English so I have used a poker equivalent.)

(こいこい is traditional card game of Japan.)
国士無双 国士無双(kokushi musou) is a name of a rule which is used in a game of Mahjong.If you gather 13 defferent tile and more 1 of them, it will be 役満(yakuman).
I think 国士無双 is only call "kokushi musou".There might be not in English.
