I'm able to enter there!!

I'm VERY happy!!
I have to look for a room to rent,
and buy necessities of life.
I'm looking forward to it.

I'm able to enter there!! (or) Now I can go/study there!
and buy (basic) living necessities. <--I think it would be better to say: "necessary things for living (alone)", although there are many other ways to say that.
