I started to read one of my text books for this summer semester.
I read 4 pages in 2 hours!
It's really difficult!!
I have to finish reading this before the class starts.
But the textbook has 730pages!!
How can I manage that?????????????

When I was in college, we did not read books -before- class started. We read them during the semester. English is a foreign language for you, so reading ahead is good planning, but, maybe it will be all right not to read it all?
To read faster, I suggest, read an entire chapter without looking in the dictionary or stopping to puzzle out grammar rules for too long. Then go back and read the chapter again with a dictionary to understand. It takes longer to do it twice at first, but it is practice to read faster, and maybe you will understand more than you expect.
Also, I would start using anki http://ankisrs.net/ if you don't already have a favorite SRS program. (A flashcard program that shows cards that you know well less often than cards you don't know well. This way you don't waste time reviewing the same word every day when you already know it. There are many of them. There are many more simple flashcard programs that waste a lot of time. If you study law, you will need a lot of vocabulary words.)
This unit is for summer semester, it's a only one week intensive class about Indonesian law system.
We have to finish Indonesian law system and history, Criminal law, Juvenile Justice, Contract law, property law and Civil code, one day each. Therefore lecturer strongly suggested us to finish reading textbooks before the class starts.

You can do it, Sweetie, just don't give up! I'm sure there's some clever method to getting this done ;)
I will never give up! : )
