The Internet was first developed by American military. Since then, the use of Internet has been on the rise at a rapid rate. You, and I are using the Internet. We can't imagine a society where there is no Internet. Thanks to the remarkable development of Internet, we can not only download many contents such as movies and music, but we can also use loads of various information. Of course, there is an increasing number of online crimes.
Because there is growing number of X-rated and violent contents in the online world, a need for Internet censorship has been recognized. Actually, the South Korea government has been limiting on lots of Internet activities netizens could do. South Korea is a democracy state so the governments interference on netizens has developed many debates so far. Some people regard this 'interference' as suppressing their right to speech. They say "If we allow government to suppress our freedom of speech, they'll eventually create a society where no difference opinions and no individuality." I agree with them a hundred percent. Definitely, there's a possibility that the governments misuse their power. Freedom of speech and the press is guaranteed by law in this country. How terrible it is to live in the society without individuality and differences of opinions.
However, I have a different view about pro-North Korean. People who post pro-North Korea contents on web board or blog are punished in accordance with the "National Security Law" whether the contents are entries or videos. I feel this is justifiable because the Korea peninsula is called "powder keg". You may have seen many news relating to North Korea so far. In this tinderbox environment, continuation of system is above the right to write messages praising North Korea.
North Korean idiots! Why do they extol Kim in massive parades? I don't have any clue.
A murrain to you Kim jung-eun pig! you are real a nasty dictator!

Yes you're right. The nuclear-armed neighbor has been threatening seriously my country, South Korea, with their nuclear firecrackers.!
The Internet was first developed by American military.
Actually, it was by DARPA, which is a branch of the Department of Defense, not the military.
Freedom of Speech
You, and I are using / You and I use the Internet.
You can just be general about it by using the plain present tense.
Because there is a growing number of X-rated and violent contents in the online world, a need for Internet censorship has been recognized.

Thank you very much for correcting this entry!!
I think it's justifiable to limit expression of things like that considering you're still at war. It could have serious consequences.
Since then, the use of Internet has been on the rise at a rapid rate.
"on the rise" isn't usually modified by adverbials.
Thanks to the remarkable development of the Internet, we can not only download a lot of contents such as movies and music, but we can also find loads of various information.
"loads" described the variety, so "various" is unnecessary. Also, "content" is non-count. You may see it used as a plural when referring to what is inside a package:
Caution, the contents of this package are poisonous.
In most other case, use the uninflected form.
Actually, the South Korean government has been limiting a lot netizens' Internet activities.
There's definitely a opportunity for the governments to misuse its power.
How terrible it would be to live in a society without individuality and differences of opinions.
However, I have a different view about proponents of North Korean.
You may have already seen a lot of news relating to North Korea so far.
In this tinderbox environment, continuation of system is above the right to write messages praising North Korea.
I don't really understand what you mean here.
A murrain to you Kim Jung-Eun, you pig!
