What side effects people have from the extreme passion for shedding weight? Well, first of all, as I've mentioned already in this entry, people can be bulimic and anorexic. Bullimic means a disease in which people make themselves throw up what they eat after finishing their binge eating. Anorexic is similar to bulimic, but somewhat different. A person who is anorexic is suffering from bulimia, which means they refuge to eat anything, so they firmly believe that they will be thinner and thinner. Not healthy, not good, and both of them must have a bad effect on our body. Another serious bad effect is osteoporosis. According to one study, extreme diet can cause three times more osteoporosis in people being on a extremely diet than those who are not. It also says that without maintaining a balanced diet, it can also lead to hair loss, irregular menstruation period, constipation, and even sterility . The side effects of the extreme diets are much more than we can imagine and it would take forever if I write about the side effects of the extreme diets.
Then, what should we do to lose our weight in a safe way? I'm going to tell you something in the light of my own experiencing. (I had reduced my weight by 40kg(88lb) before I entered my University. Some of my high school friends don't recognize me because of my changed body. -_-;) First and most important thing is to curb your appetite. I do not mean skipping your meal but eating less food than you do. For people being on a diet, nothing is important than curbing the suppressing the appetite. However, an appetite suppressant should be considered as a last resort. Depending on any form of drugs should be taken in the last time and if you want to take any diet supple drug, you should talk to doctor. I don't recommend the drug diet because it can put a financial burden on you. In conclusion, a stepping stone for being thinner is eating like a bird and let's just eat in moderation! Time for eating isn't important. You don't have to say that "I don't have any food after 7 P.M, so as to lose my weight!".
And the second thing is making a habit of exercising. When I was on a diet, as long as I was not busy doing anything else, I walked anywhere if I could get there within a hour. Do you think waking around is boring? If you think so, I would recommend that doing anything you are interested in. You can keep walking while listening to IU(Lee, Ji-eun, I'm big fan of IU lol)'s music stred in your MP3's built-in memody or watching DMB. You can walk up stairs instead of taking an elevator unless you are busy. How about cleaning up your messy room? You can also burn away your fat by sweeping up dust on the floor and walking around with your vacuum.
The third thing is your will. (Some members of T-ara, one of the famous girl-groups in Korea, also left a tweet saying "The most important thing is the strength of your will^^" on their tweeter accounts. lol). What is needed for you, who may have a protruding belly or can't get your pants on because of obesity someday, is a will of iron to decide to go on a diet to flatten your belly and do jumping jack to burn your fat.
Let's be thin! I know that it is very difficult to lose our weight but very easy to be fat. However, You know what they say, "No pain, no gain.". When you find out you aren't fat anymore, that's the time you can be more confident in yourself!

What are the side effects of an obession for losing weight?
More natural :).
Well, first of all, as I've mentioned already in this entry, people can be bulimic or anorexic.
Bulimia is a disease where people purposely throw up their meals after finishing their binge eating.
Anorexic is similar to bulimia, but somewhat different.
A person who is anorexic is suffering from bulimia and refuses to eat anything so they will become thinner and thinner.
Not healthy, not good, and both of them must have a bad effects on our body.
Another serious side effect is osteoporosis.
According to one study, extreme diets can triple the chance of osteoporosis in people being on a extremely diet than those who are not.
The side effects of the extreme diets are much more than we can imagine and it would take forever to write about the side effects of the extreme diets.
I'm going to tell you something in the light of my own experience.
I had lost 40kg(88lb) before I entered my University.
-_-;) The first and most important thing is to curb your appetite.
I do not mean skipping your meal, but eating less food than you do.
For people on diets, nothing is important than curbing and suppressing the appetite.
Depending on what drugs you've taken previously and if you want to take a diet supplement, you should consult your doctor.
"talk" is not incorrect, but "consult" is a better choice of words.
I don't recommend the drug diet because it can financially burden on you.
In conclusion, a stepping stone to being thinner is eating like a bird and let's just eating in moderation!
The time you eat isn't important.
You don't have to say, that "I can't have any food after 7 P.
M, so I can lose my weight!".
Do you think walking around is boring?
If you think so, I would recommend simultaneously doing anything you are interested in.
You can keep walking while listening to IU(Lee, Ji-eun, I'm big fan of IU lol)'s music, something else from your MP3, or watch DMB.
Lol I like IU too xD.
You can also burn away your fat by sweeping up dust on the floor and vacuuming.
Those who have a protruding belly or can't get your pants on because of obesity someday, need a will of iron to decide to go on a diet to flatten your belly and do jumping jack to burn your fat.
When you find out you aren't fat anymore, that's when you can be more confident in yourself!
Quite a long entry, but I didn't tire from reading it at all. Weight problems run pretty rampant here in the States. I used to excercise a lot daily but due to some personal reasons I haven't excercised much lately, so I will follow your advice ^^'.
If you have any questions please ask.
Thank you for correcting my entry and making comments XD
What side effects do people have from the extreme passion for shedding weight?
Well, first of all, as I've mentioned already in this entry, people can become bulimic and anorexic.
I would talk about this as something that may happen to them because of dieting rather than a preexisting condition to dieting.
Bulimia is a disease in which people make themselves throw up what they eat after finishing their binge eating.
Anorexia is similar to bulimia, but somewhat different.
Anorexia and bulimia are the names of the diseases, while anorexic and bulemic describe the person's condition.
A person who is anorexic is suffering from bulimia, which means they refuse to eat anything, firmly believing that they will become thinner and thinner.
Depending on the severity of the disease, they may just eat small portions or infrequently, eating less as it worsens.
It's not healthy, not good, and both of them must have a horrendous effect on the body.
I would say "your body" in conversation or a less formal/researched article, but here saying "the body" sounds best.
According to one study, people who engage in extreme diets are three times as likely to get osteoporosis.
It also says that without maintaining a balanced diet, these diseases can also lead to hair loss, irregular menstruation period, constipation, and even sterility .
You need to specify what you're referring to if you use a preposition twice in a sentence, especially if you use them to mean different things. If you say "it" twice, the reader assumes you're talking about the study both times.
The side effects of the extreme diets are more numerous than we can imagine, and it would take forever if I wrote about all the side effects of the extreme diets!
I would say "wrote," because by the time we're reading it you've already written it, if that makes any sense :)
Then, what should we do to lose our weight in a safe way?
I'm going to tell you something in the light of my own experience.
I reduced my weight by 40kg (88lb) before I entered my University.
-_-;) The first and most important thing is to curb your appetite.
I do not mean skipping your meals, but eating less food than you do.
For people being on a diet, nothing is important than curbing the suppressing the appetite.
Editing error? Curbing and suppressing mean the same thing..
Depending on any form of drugs should be an emergency measure, and you should talk to a doctor before taking any dietary supplemental drugs.
In conclusion, a stepping stone for being thinner is eating like a bird and let's just eat in moderation!
Eating like a bird means to eat nearly nothing :) not quite what you meant
The time when you eat isn't important.
You don't have to say that "I won't have any food after 7 p.
m. so I lose weight!"
The proper abbreviation for postmerridian is "p.m."
If you think so, I would recommend that doing somthing you are more interested in.
You can keep walking while listening to IU(Lee, Ji-eun, I'm big fan of IU lol)'s music stred in your MP3's built-in memory or watching DMB.
Did you mean thread? As far as I know, stred isn't a word...
You can also burn away your fat by sweeping up dust on the floor and vacuuming.
(Some members of T-ara, one of the famous girl-groups in Korea, also left a tweet saying "The most important thing is the strength of your will^^" on their Twitter accounts.
Because it's the name of a specific site, the "T" should be capitalized.
What is needed for you--who may have a protruding belly or can't get your pants on because of obesity someday--is a will of iron to decide to go on a diet to flatten your belly and do jumping jacks to burn your fat.
The hyphen (--) is a wonderful piece of punctuation, and this is a perfect place to use it. When you want to make a parenthetical statement or a short aside, but don't want a bunch of commas clogging up your sentence and confusing the reader, hyphens are ideal. In a normal typing program, the computer will make the two dashes (-) into one hyphen.
I tried to put in more explanations for why I corrected, so hopefully it helps you! Something you might want to consider is using more contractions (I'm, isn't, you're, etc.) in your writing, since you like to keep a pretty casual tone, and these are used more in spoken and casual/informal settings. And just a general writing tip: maybe next time try to explain why bulimia and anorexia become a problem with dieters? (ex. societal expectations, emotional instability, and so on)
Also, the word diet in English is used two different ways. Most people mean a change of diet, usually a fad diet like the ones you talk about, but technically it is what a person/animal eats.
By the way, congratulations (belatedly) on your own success story! Did you know that sleeping at least eight hours a day is the healthiest way to suppress your appetite? One of the reasons you're told to get at least eight hours a night, your body releases certain endorphins after eight hours of sleep that help to regulate hunger.
Yes. I like writing my entry in a casual tone!! Keeping a formal is sounds difficult, uninteresting, and brisk, more than all I don't like this writing style!!
I'll keep all of your writing tips in my mind!!
By the way, I didn't know that having a long sleep helps people curb their appetite!! Wow, maybe I should tell this tip to anyone around me considering losing weight and I also have to get a 8 hours sleep!!
Really thank you for all of your information and sentences entry! ^^
A person who is anorexic is suffering from bulimia, which means they may or may not also be suffering from bulimia, and refuses to eat anything an appropriate amount, so they firmly believing obsessed with the idea of becoming that they will be thinner and thinner.
An anorexic is not necessarily someone suffering from bulimia. Anorexia and bulimia are two separate conditions, although they may be seen together in one individual. If you wanted to, you could say "A person who is anorexic may or may not also be suffering from bulimia" to be more clear!
Both anorexia and bulimia are unhealthy, not good, and both of them must and have bad effects on the body.
It also says that without failure to maintaining a balanced diet, it can also lead to hair loss, irregular menstruation period, constipation, and even sterility.
"...that without maintaining a balanced diet" is a bit awkward here, so I changed it. :)
What I mean by this is not I do not mean skipping your meals, but eating less food than you usually do.
If you're being on a diet, nothing is more important than curbing the suppressing the your appetite.
In the sentence before this one, you were referring to "you", but then in this sentence you start talking to "people". I changed it back to addressing "you" because I think it reads better like this and is more consistent.
Also, you need to add a "more" between "nothing is" and "important". By itself, "nothing is important than curbing your appetite" makes no sense. You need to mention that "nothing is MORE important" than controlling appetite.
"Curbing" and "suppressing" both mean trying to restrain something, so pick just one.
However, using an appetite suppressant should only be considered as a last resort.
I don't recommend the drug diet using drugs for dieting, because it can put a financially burden on you.
In conclusion, a stepping stone for to being thinner is eating like a bird. and Let's eat in moderation!
When I was on a diet, as long as I was not busy doing anything else, I would walked anywhere everywhere if I could get there to the location within an hour.
Since "hour" has a silent h and a vowel sound, you have to use "an".
"an hour"
If you think so do, I would recommend that doing anything something you are interested in that interests you while you walk.
You can keep walking while listening to IU (Lee, Ji-eun, I'm big fan of IU lol)'s music stored in your MP3's built-in memory, or you can watching DMB.
You can also replace the blue words with "on your MP3 player". Most people know that an MP3 player stores music, so it's not really necessary to mention it.
You can walk up take the stairs instead of taking an the elevator, unless you are busy.
I would add a comma in there.
You can also burn away your fat by sweeping up dust on the floor, dusting, and walking around with your vacuuming.
Someday, what will be required from those of you experiencing daily difficulties due to being overweight, is a will of iron! It's ultimately your own willpower that will drive you to go on a diet in order to flatten your belly and burn fat.
Hmm... this sentence... 너무 복잡해요~! I tried to reword and reorganize it for you.
I know that it is very difficult to lose our weight but and very easy to be fat to gain it...
However, But you know what they say, "No pain, no gain."
You don't need to add an extra period after the last quotation mark.
When you find out you aren't fat anymore realize you've lost weight and are feeling healthier, that's the time you can be more confident in yourself!
"When you find out you aren't fat anymore" is a little... straight-forward, ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ... xD
