My Friend Returned from Home

In the early morning, I received a telephone call coming from my friend. He majors in maths and will get his Ph.D degree at the end of this semester. His school day's will be ended soon. It's a little grieved.
Four days ago, he returned home to attend a university's interviewing. He told me he was accepted:) Although it was really a good news, I was too drowsy to talk with him.
After his call, I went on sleeping. After supper, he came to my dormitory and returned my bag. I will invite him to have a supper tomorrow.
