Summer Vacation Lunch for Kids

It's been a little over a week since the summer vacation for kids began here in Japan. This is the time I really appreciate the school lunch being provided while school is in session. Once school is out, mothers get in the position to make lunch for their kids. they never welcome the leftover from last night. I fixed some noodles on one day and fried rice on another day. And then spaghetti and chicken fajita... What are moms out there making for lunch every day? Tell me if you know of any lunch that is nutritious and easy to make. I'm getting tired of thinking about the lunch menu every day.
