Dearest Monika,
thank you so much for your phone call. At that moment I was at my physiotherapist Unfortunately, my arm is still unhealthy. The hand is still swollen and I can not hold anything. I go twice a week for physiotherapist to do my exercises. It will take several weeks until my arm is working again. It takes a lot of patience, but it will work out in the end. Thank God the weather is still beautiful and I can go outside.
It's been 9 weeks ago and it's getting boring. Just do not lost patience !
I hope you all feel healthy and everything is o.k. with you.

Good job on the English though.
At that moment I was at my physiotherapist. Unfortunately, my arm is still not healed/better. We wouldn't say "unhealthy" here. Health, I think, refers to the good or bad condition of something that functions as a system, such as the whole body or the lungs or something. The arm isn't a system in that sense. I'm not too sure how to explain it.
I go twice a week to the for physiotherapist to do (/for) my exercises.
