Here's some more pics of our remodeling job. My father was a carpenter so naturally I have been able to work as a carpenter part of my life despite having a college education. After I took an early retirement in 2008 I spent the next summer and fall supervising a crew and we remodeled the old family home. I'll stay on this topic with more photos over the next few days. I'm trying to catch up on editing your blogs and revising some of my old ones, so I'm not writing much Chinese.

“员工”在中文的意思是your stuff, if there some one you hire for a temperate affairs,better use “工人” 。

我的父亲曾经是一个木匠，自然平时我也会做些木工活，尽管我受过大学教育。
2008年我提前退休后，在下个夏秋季（supervising a crew 管理一个团队?)我们重建了这幢老房子。
