The London Olympic has started.
Actually, I am very interested in watching sports, but I am keen on seeing international sports events.
This morning, I watched the opening ceremony of the Olympic with my flatmate.
There is a time difference between London and here.
London time is seven hours behind, so it was early morning when it started 9PM London time.
Two days ago, Japan Men's football team played against Spain.
Most people say that Spain would win because they were the favorite.
However, Japan won and the score was 1-0.
I was very surprised and happy about the result.
The next game is on Sunday.
I want to watch it, but it is very late, after midnight.
Moreover, I can not see it on TV, so I must go to a pub.
Anyway, I am looking forward to it.

Hmmm, technically all correct, but sounds strange to me for some reason. :/

Typically we just say the opening ceremonies and as you mentioned the Olympics above, it's not necessary to mention it again, unless you change topics.
There is a time difference between London and here.
I believe that it's grammatically incorrect to use here, when you haven't mentioned where before. I am not at all sure though. >.<
London time is seven hours behind, so it was early morning when it started and 9PM London time.
Two days ago, Japan's Men's football team played against Spain.
An ' shows either possession or is a contraction of it is. In this case the men's football team belongs to Japan and therefore there must be an apostraphe and s after Japan.
Most people said that Spain would win because they were the favorite.
I'm guessing from your next sentence that whatever game this was is already over, therefore past tense it needed.

Either capitalize the entire name of the team, Japanese Men's Football Team, or don't. The word Japanese is of course capitalized either way, because it's a proper adjective, but there's no reason to capitalize men's unless it's part of a capitalized name or title.
However, Japan won, and the score was 1-0.
Alternately, you could just say, "Japan won, 1 to 0."
Yes, getting one goal is very difficult in football.
Maybe the Olympics uses different rules.
I mean soccer :)
It is common that sisters and brothers have different preferences.
By the way, soccer scores one by one, one goal is one score :)
