Body language tells a lot of things about inside feeling, but I do not think it is always correct.
I used to fold arms when I was in junior high because I thought it was cool haha.
However, the gesture is regarded as protecting myself in today's study.
Once I get the knowledge, I would refrain from some specific behaviours on purpose. So, I think sometime such study maniplates our behaviors.
