Have you ever seen Anthony Bourdain : No Reservations---- a show for tourism and gourmet.
He just finished his journey in Taiwan for his new show named " The layover", where tourists will learn how to arrange their itinerary in a city within 24 to 48 hours.
Although he is not as famous as Hollywood celebrity, many Taiwanese still recognized him and took a group photo with him.
In his 4-day agenda, he savored pumpkin and fired rice noodles, deep-fried baby calms, stew Chinese cabbage and steamed suffed buns at Ding Tai Fung restaurant, which is the most famous 5-star restaurant in Taiwan.
Because of commercial or benefit under the table, many hosts have to unconditionally rave what they are eating in gourmet show.
I think Boudain is honest because he has courage to blast some yuk but famous cuisines.

Have you ever seen "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations"?----It's a show about tourism and gourmet food.
He just finished his journey in Taiwan for his new show named "The Layover", where tourists will learn how to arrange their itinerary in a city within 24 to 48 hours.
Although he is not as famous as Hollywood celebrities, many Taiwanese people still recognized him and took a group photos with him.
During his 4-day stay, he savored pumpkin and fired [fried?] rice noodles, deep-fried baby clams, stew Chinese cabbage stew and steamed suffed buns at Ding Tai Fung restaurant, which is the most famous 5-star restaurant in Taiwan.
Because of commercial reasons or an under the table payment, many hosts have to unconditionally rave about what they are eating on a gourmet show.
I think Boudain is honest because he has courage to blast some gross but famous cuisines.
He is famous in Taiwan. :D
For commercial reasons or due to under-the-table payoffs, many gourmet food show hosts have to unconditionally rave about what they are eating on their shows.
In formal academic writing, you would probably write "to rave unconditionally", so as to avoid splitting the infinitive. In any other context, however, the way you have it is fine.
I think Boudain is honest because he has the courage to blast some yucky but famous cuisines.
Because you specify what he has the courage to do ("to blast...") in the same sentence, the reader knows what courage you're talking about. Consequently, it gets the definite article "the", even though you haven't mentioned it previously.
Haha Yeah At least in Taiwan, many gourmet shows are related to under-the-table payoff.
Therefore, watching him blast some cuisines is interesting.
