Dubbing actor
Taiwan's TV channels like to air some foreign TV series, like Japan, Korea drama and CSI.
Some of these series, mostly in Cartoon and Korea dramas, however, will be dubbed Chinese.
The producers, wanting to make the ends meet, usually only arrange 5 to 7 dubbing actors to dub no matter how many characters appear in the drama.
Confined by understaff, dubbing actors have to change their vocal cord to double or triple as lead male/female and extras, which makes different characters talk in the same tone .
These Chinese dubbing works usually got mixed reviews accordingly, because some picky viewers insist on the original sound.
In addition, our movie agents tend to engage entertainers or hot singers to land their voice for the new released Hollywood or Japan animations, regarding they could scoring much more in box office.
More often than not, it didn't cut it.
