I love going to sentos, public baths in Japan, written 銭湯 in kanji,
and I often find some interesting things there.
Of course, I went there earlier today.
I'm going to write about the towels.
Some towels were placed throughout the bathing area.
One was rolled up and put on top of a tiled wall.
Another was folded and put around the shower head.
Another was crumpled up and hanging on the shower neck.
It's amazing for me that each towel was dealt with so differently.
They varied in design and material.
In times like that, I enjoy imaging stories about the person's background.
In addition, I saw something else interesting.
Some eyeglasses submerged in water in a washbowl.
I don't know why someone would do that.
It was very mysterious!
I love the sento even more now because of it.

I Love Sentos.
I love going to sentos, public baths in Japan, written 銭湯 in kanji,
Of course, I went there earlier today.
I'm going to write about the towels. (more natural)
Some towels were put out in each bathroom.
One was rolled up and put on a top of a tiled wall.
Another was folded and put around the shower head.
Another was crumpled up and hanging on the shower neck.
It's amazing for me that each towel was dealt with so differently.
In times like that, I enjoy imaging stories about the person's background (every time).
In addition, I saw something else interesting.
Some eyeglasses submerged in water in a washbowl.
I don't know why someone would do that.
It was very mysterious! (more natural)
I love the sento even more now because of it.
We don't have bathhouses here because you cannot be naked in a public place.
So, can I write “each bathroom”?
Some towels were put out in each stall.
Some towels were put out in front of each locker.
Some towels were put out on each of the benches.
you could also say "Some towels were put out throughout the bathroom"
"Some towels were placed throughout the changing room."
And I have one more question.
In sento, there is one large space to change clothes separately from one bathroom.
Can we call it a changing room in the case?
Now I find the word "bathing area" in the article of wikipedia.
Do you think we can use the word?
I see your explanation.
The bathing area is separated from the changing area by a sliding door in sento.
It's culturally important and meaningful.
So I want to tell about the scene in the bathing area.
Though I might not be able to tell people in other countries about it using only "bathing area"…
