Because I'm very weak for the cold. 寒いのが非常に苦手だからです。
Japan is winter now, today is cold especially. 今日本は冬で、今日は特に寒いです。
I can't wait the spring!! 春が待ち遠しいです。

Because I'm not good with the cold.
It's winter in Japan now, today is especially cold especially.
I can't wait for the spring!!
普段から日本語として"weak point"という言葉がよく出てきます。
そこから「苦手=weak」と思い書きましたが、"not good with"と書かれて納得しました。
wait for...wait for the bus...の様によく使いますね。
I don't like the winter at all.
Autumn is the best (i think)
