It's a season of rice planting. My grand father was a farmer. When I was a kid, all family member set out rice plants. We went into paddy field with our foot bare. My foot were covered with soft and warm mud. I felt nice breeze. It was pleasant!
We had lunch at the ridge. My mother made box lunch. We ate rice ball, Japanese omelet,fried chicken and green tea. I thought it was like picnic !
Nowadays people use a machine to set out rice plants.
It's a efficient way but insipid, I think.
