How does everyone usually study ??
My friend who speaks both English and Japanese told me "you do not learn a language, you get used to it."
I think that's how babies and children learn languages easily.
In terms of studying, think of anything you do in life, and try to use English. Read books in English, listen to English songs, watch English shows, or speak to native English speakers in Japan.

Then I try to use those expressions in the next journal to make sure I understand the meaning ;)
Apart from Lang-8, it's easier for me to learn japanese as i'm living in Tokyo, I can see and hear Japanese everyday :)
