難しいクラスから僕はいつも忙しいだった。工学士は今年遂に終わる。
Because of the difficult classes, I was always busy. This year I will finally finish my engineering bachelor's degree.

本の数を読んでいたい。今読んでいる、ローレンス・クラウス「ATOM」とモハマド・ユヌス「Creating a World without Poverty」。科学と世界の景気について勉強したい。未来に貧乏人は自分の命を立ち直る、きっと。自己学習はたしかに大切なこと。エンジニアになるにもかかわらず,いろいろをやりたい。
I want to read a number of books. Right now I am reading: "ATOM" by Lawrence Krauss and "Creating a World without Poverty" by Muhammad Yunus. I want to learn about science and the world economy. The poor's lives will be better in the future, I am sure. Self-study is surely an important thing. Even if I become an engineer, I want to do a lot of things.
Quiero leer varios libros. Ahora mismo estoy leyendo: "ATOM" de Lawrence Krauss y "Creating a World without Poverty" de Muhammad Yunus. Quiero aprender sobre la ciencia y sobre la economía global. Las vidas de los pobres seguramente serán mejores en el futuro. El auto-estudio es algo muy importante. Aún si me hago ingeniero, quiero hacer muchas cosas.

難しいクラスだから、僕はいつも忙しいだった。
本の数をたくさんの本を読んでいたい読みたい。
今読んでいる本は、ローレンス・クラウス「ATOM」とモハマド・ユヌス「Creating a World without Poverty」。
将来、きっと貧乏人もよくなると思う。

久しぶりだな （This is OK, but sounds a little bit rough. I'd recommend you use "久しぶりだね" or "久しぶりですね".） "久しぶりですね" is more polite than "久しぶりだね".
難しいクラスだったから、僕はいつも忙しかった。
工学士課程は今年遂に終わる。
たくさんの本を読みたい。
今読んでいるのは、ローレンス・クラウス著「ATOM」と、モハマド・ユヌス著「Creating a World without Poverty」だ。 （You can also put "です" instead of "だ." "です" is more polite than "だ."）
科学と世界経済について勉強したい。
将来はきっと貧乏な人たちの生活も良くなると思う。
自己学習はたしかに大切なことだ。 （Here I'd add "です"or "だ." Ending your sentence without "だ" / "です" is totally OK, but sometimes it might sound a little bit too assertive.）
エンジニアになると決めているけれど、他にもいろいろなことをやってみたい。 (I just made it sound a bit more natural in the flow.)

Pachanさん > Thank you, yes I tried using a bit of rough Japanese. Most books have way too much polite Japanese, I guess someone would sound awkward with his friends when speaking very politely.
Don't think twice about asking for my help for your English or your Spanish. I am grateful for your help with my Japanese.
