Miso
I discovered that miso is really good for our health.
I felt sick this morning; I had a little fever and headache. It was hard for me to get up.
Finally, I decided to make some rice cakes spread with miso for breakfast, and I feel much better now, I could even write my diary now.
According to the theory of macrobiotic, our body should be balanced with cold food and warm food. And the miso is classified to the warm food which could provide energy when you feel weak.
However, it's not all kind of miso good for eating, but the misso free from artificial additives.
