Typhoon no. 4 　台風4号

Typhoon no. 4 is coming!
It moves a little fast and will be closest to us tonight.
Today I have to go to college by subway, though I usually go there by bike.
This is because I'm afraid that rain will become much heavier and wind will become much stronger until the time when I will get back to home.
Today's classes will be called off if a storm warning is announced.
If so, we may have supplementary lectures which really bother me because I must go to school on holidays.
I wish to be able to have today's classes.

Could you answer my question?
In today's entry I used a lot of "will" because I talk about indefinite future stories.
However, can I use "be going to," instead of "will" ?

台風4号が近づいています。
進むスピードが少し速いので、今夜最接近しそうです。
いつもは大学まで自転車で行っているのに、今日は地下鉄で行かなければなりません。
帰りの時間に雨風が強くなっていると困るからです。
暴風警報が発令されれば、授業は無くなるでしょう。
もし無くなったら、休日に大学に行って、補講を受けなければならなくなるので、とても嫌です。
今日授業があるといいなー。

しかし、willの代わりに、be going toを使うことはできますか？
