What is wasting time? 時間を無駄にすることとは？

For example, if you study really hard, you may think of playing video games as time wasting.
However, someone says playing video games is important to get rid of stress or we need to have a rest time, too.
Well, playing video games is somewhat active, so what do you think of daydreaming? It is sometimes too passive and you do nothing.
Nevertheless, somebody says we should sometimes daydream to be relax or to enjoy our own wandering fancies.

Moreover even some people says all time you spend, whether you do something or nothing, makes sense. It will surely help you in the future.

In my opinion, to do nothing is void.

例えば、真剣に勉強をしているとしたら、テレビゲームをすることを時間の浪費と思うかもしれない。
しかし、テレビゲームはストレスを取り除くのに必要だ、もしくは、休憩も必要だと言う人もいるだろう。
じゃあ・・・、テレビゲームはある程度は能動的な行為だ。なら、ぼーっとしているのはどうか？受動的で何もしていない。
しかしそれでも、リラックスするためや、とりとめのない妄想を楽しむために、ぼーっとすることも必要だと言う人もいるだろう。

さらに言えば、何かしているしていないに関係なく、使った時間は全て意味のあることであり、将来、きっと役に立つという人さえいるだろう。

私は、何もしないのは無駄だと思う。
