Courage to Resign 辞める勇気
I want to resign my club.
This is because I want to spend my time studying, not club activities.
However, to think the time after I resign makes me hesitant.
Will I idle if I get much free time?
Won't I be able to talk with my club member as now?
Maybe I'm afraid of changes.
Have you had such feelings?
I think when I break up with my girlfriend, I will feel so, too.
Needless to say, so far I don't intend to do it, though.

Since "change" in this context is an abstract idea, it is usually singular.
I think that when if the time comes when I may break up with my girlfriend, I will feel so, too.
I added "if" and "may" to show a sense of uncertainty, or make the situation hypothetical.
At first, club activities relieved my stress.
However, I realized they deprive me of too much time, when I decided to start studying.
I can't understand the difference.
In some European languages (Greek, for example), it would be normal to use an infinitive there. However, in English we tend to use participles and gerunds and relative clauses more than infinitives, especially when talking about something that is actually happening or has actually happened.
We use infinitives after certain verbs ("I want to learn, so I'm going to study" -- "want" and "am going" are both consistently followed by an infinitive) and when contemplating an action as an abstract possibility ("To be, or not to be, that is the question. Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to [take action].")
We also use infinitives to express purpose or the reason for doing something, as in this sentence.
There are a handful of other ways that we use infinitives as well, but we do NOT use them in as many different situations as participles.
I learned a lot.
Thank you very much!
I want to resign from my club, because I want to spend my time studying, rather than doing club activities.
"This is because" is grammatically valid, but it's more natural to combine the two sentences. In general, the word "because" is frequently used in the middle of a sentence like this, combining two clauses into a single sentence.
In this particular case you could take it a step further and replace "because I want to" with "so I can": "I want to resign from my club so I can spend my time studying."
Will I still be able to talk with my club member as I can now?
Asking a yes-or-no question with the negative, like "Won't I?", implies that the expected answer is "Yes, you will (still be able to do that)." Asking without the negative, "Will I?", is more open-ended in terms of the expected answer.
I think, when I break up with my girlfriend, I will feel the same way.
On the other hand, "there are only so many hours in a day", so sometimes you have to prioritize.
On the gripping hand, I don't know your schedule. Perhaps there are other activities that could be trimmed? Perhaps you could remain in the club but devote fewer hours to it? I don't know.
To be honest, I already tend to be absent from the activities, making some reasons.
Nonetheless, some members will tell me to decide whether I keep joining or quit, if I miss the activities more.
