This year, it's the heaviest snow in Hakodate.
Actually, the amount of snowfall is 3 times the ordinary year.
Everybody is troubled by this snow, because it's makes traffic congestion and everybody must remove heavy snow.

It's quite the opposite for most of the US. We're now coming off of a warm winter. Furthermore, in my city, it feels most days as if spring has already come.

I live in Ohio. It's a little east-northeast of the center of the country, just under the Great Lakes.
