two sentences about Sushi

I remembered two English sentences about SUSHI.
One is 「Sushi has long been a favourite delicacy for the Japanese」,
The other is「Nigiri-Zushi consists of vinegared rice and a topping」.
私は今日は寿司について二つの英語文書を覚えました。
一つは「寿司は古くから日本人に愛されました」
もう一つは「握り寿司は酢ご飯とネタで構成されています」
