Udon (wheat noodle)

I made Udon for the first time in my life, today.
Udon is only made out of flour and some salt water.

The recipe is as follows.
1) Mix them in the plastic bag
2) Hold the dough for an hour at room temperature (RT)
3) Mix well the dough by stomping on foot
4) keep the dough for an hour at RT
5) roll out the dough using a rolling pin
6) fold the sheet and cut it from the edge
7) boil them

It's too much of a bother to make it.
However, the home-made Udon is very delicious.
I think that I would like to make Udon more thinly, next time.
