Do you know O-mochi, which is made from some kind of rice?
Japanese have a habit of eating O-mochi on New Year holiday.

There are a lot of ways to eat O-mochi such as with mashed sweat beans, soy source, mashed sweat radish, toasted soybean flour and so on.
I like O-mochi with mushed sweat beans.

Recently, I knew the just great production area of O-mochi in Japan.
It would be grateful, if you look at my final picture.

I think that Breakfast has to be a happy time on our life.
It is necessary for us to get a hot dish such as prepared toast.

Cheese toast is very delicious !
If I can help it, I want sliced bell pepper and salami.

Honey toast is my fevorite !
However, I need a glass of milk with it due to my happy time.

Buttered toast is basic !
It is important to stick with the basics.

Long time no see, everyone !
As the year comes down to a close, my work was rushing as usual.
However, I sufficiently enjoyed the new year time off.

By the way, what do you think to see these pictures ?

I think that their slender legs are very unexpectedness to me.
One of fox in Japan has this kind of slenderlegs.
They live in a wetland of Hokkaido.
Maybe, this type of legs are suitable for snow or muddy field.

As I had some trips during this one month,
I needed to make my room tidy.
Although all the cleaning have finished today,
I found again that cleaning is one of my weak points.

By the way, I will introduce some pictures.
There is a famous treats shop at Kagura-zaka in Tokyo.
My recommendation is a kuzu-cake which is made of being fermented flour.
That is the best kuzu-cake in my life. :)

I went to Kagura-zaka in Tokyo, because I needed to join some seminor, today.
When I went back home, a fall festival was held around Kagura-zaka.

Many women danced to the Ohayashi rhythm on the road.
Ohayashi rhythm and beats of drum sounded like very nice,
so I was just admiring the view of festival.

For festival, you know, everybody enjoy regardless ages.

I found dropped on the bottom of sea a shell,
which is believed as a charm to prevent fire in Okinawa, Japan.
This will be a good memory of this summer vacation.
Before that, I have to try to clean it.

I visited an island on the Pacific ocean.
This island is composed of coral's fossil.
I'm very interested in the ages of fossil, however I have no idea about that.

I want to search that at some time. :)

I'm going to study abroad from tomorrow.
However, it maybe like a short trip, because its duration will be only one week.

I learned English some years for this week.
As I have to become a Japanese business man which struggle all day long in English,
this is a big chance to improve my English skill.

Now, I'm busy preparing for the trip to abroad.
Although packing is very hard, it won't be long before everything is finished.

I wish that I could learn a little bit of English.

Terrible diet is in denger of being illness.
Some docter say that
it is desired for normal people to loss body weight within 1 kg per month.

Therefore, I have no choice but to have calories.
Of course, I do reluctantly.

Not surprisingly, the combination of carbohydrate tastes very good.
In a sence, Americans already proved by their hamburger set
which includs fried potato and coke.

As a result, I filled sufficiently. :)

In these days, it is an only my pleasure to have a ramen,
because I'm going on a diet, now.
The ramen time when I'm allowed to have so much oil and carbohydrate,
is only my hour of bliss.
For that reason, I need to have the greatest ramen.

I remember that today's ramen is not great.
The noodle and soup are really good.
However, topping of vegetables are not suitable for the occasion.

My journey to seek the best ramen will continue.
There is a long way to go.

For the most part, Japanese style ramen uses too much oil in the dish.
Although oils are a basis of taste, they have so many calories.
On the other hand, southern style ramen is more healthy than Japanese one.
You feel more simple and soft flavor.

However, I ate too much.
Also, it is not many vegetables enough to have it.

There are two soup base, tonkotsu (pig bone) and fish flavor in my favorite ramen shop.
Of course, both tastes are so delicious, especially each dashi and umami-taste are excellent.
Moreover, the chinese-style barbecued porks have highly-balanced textures
between its roasted spicy part and the meat which melts on tongue.
Beside them, I can enjoy additional seasoning, such as pepper, KarashiTakana (hot vegetable pickles), Beni-shouga (ginger pickles) and garlic.

Some say that it is difficult for foreign people to enjoy Dashi and Umami taste.
However, I wish that everybody have ramens with pleasure. :)

Now, I try to generate my vacation plan on September.
To use English, I would like to get to English-speaking countries.
However, all the flight fees are very expensive.
What a cold world it is !

I'm lack of an experience of speaking English.
Short sentences are OK.
However, it is difficult for me to understand long sentences and states.

Some training, such as shadowing or repeating are realized
to improve hearing skill to me.
But, I think that it may seems that something is lacking.

As a result of my feeling,
I'm searching how to improve hearing and speaking skills now.
If you have a good idea, please let me know ?
Is Practice the best of all instructors after all ?

I had o-sushi at a rotated sushi restaurant.
As this type of restaurants prepares kind of dishes recently,
I felt like a kid in a candy store.

At first, I enjoyed a miso-soup with clams and tenpuras.
Then, I ended up having a shrymp with avokad,
a salmon with onione slices and so on.
Finally, I closed to have a tonkotsu-ramen at the other shop.

Nowadays, there are rotated sushi restaurants in many foreign countries.
However, they seem to be a little more expensive and less variety of its menu than Japanese one.

Anyway, my lazy summer vacation is almost ended.
Am I doing this right ?
Of course, right ! :)

Neko Bus is one of the most famous character of the studio Ghibli animation.
For the most part, I can hear favorable opinions in Japan.

However, it seems to me that Neko Bus is one of creatures/ monsters.
We can see a bestial look on its grim face.
Its eyes are showed stuffy, a peculiar stagnant, and glimmer.
Also, scaring wriggled legs are indicated
that it may be hideous unearthly creature.
Then, its ghoulish, deeply devided gigantic mouth has so many dirty sharp fangs.

I tried to describe Neko Bus like Lovecraft who wrote the stories of Cthulu. :)

Now, we have a vacation of Bon in Japan.
Bon itself is very difficult concept of Buddhism.
However most Japanese think of the Bon holiday as a good vacation to go family home or recalling late relatives on our own.

Fortunately, all the my relatives are sound,
so I am enjoying this holiday without constraint.
This is a very good occasion for studying English,
because I have a lot of time to use myself.
One thing's for sure, Monty Python's Flying Circus is excellent ! :)

I ate out today's breakfast.
It was a set menu of famous cafe, Renoir.
When I cook my breakfast at home, I usually prepare one dish only.
Therefore, I feel a little happy by side of soup, yogurt and so on.
If someone is allowed to wish so much, I would like to have more vegetables.

And now, I go to bed with a little happiness.
Today was a good day.
I wish that Tomorrow will be much better.

I had a crab soup with fried bread for dinner, today.
It was exciting to have first Singapore's dish in a while.

To eat crabs was as difficult as ever to me.
However, the taste was very good.
Although some say that "Crabs make us silence.", it completely convinced me.

This crab is called "Gazami" in Japan.
The other day, I often catched them, when I lived near a sea.
I felt some nostalgic from this dish. :)

Shopping on the web is becoming more convenient day by day.
I was arranging to purchase 10 kg of coffee beans on the web a week ago.
Today, it arrived to my house.
I was amazed to see that it was very simple package which was only sealed by packaging tape,
but it may be OK, because coffee beans are very tough things for shock, humidity and so on.
If it is fine tomorrow, I am going to roast them.
Tomorrow will be fine, won't it ?

By the way, do you like a sandwiches of SUBWAY ?
The shrinp and avocado sand was as very nice as ever.

In this evening, big thunderstorm has come and the electricity was off, temporary.
Fortunatelly, my cell phone was close at hand,
so I sought a flushlight by the help of its light.

The electric power was restored quickly,
however I enjoyed temporary darkness and sound of thunder.

When it was very sunny and hot day in summer.
It tend to generate a poring rain in the evening.

I'm excited whenever I have a pancake which is called "a Hotcake" in Japan.
A difference between them is sweetness.
Japanese style is more sweet than American style.
Therefore, we don't generally have it with sausage or bacon in Japan.

By the way, the more thick one is more better, isn't it.
Which accompaniment do you like, butter, maple syrup, honey, ice cream and others ?

I like a chicken very well, especially when I am going on a diet.
They are very good for chicken saute with lemon source and nabe in this season,
because they are very healthy, but tasty.

When I was a student,
there were so many stray bantams in my school ground and a mountain behind the school.
I usually got away from my class, and caught them.
In the other day, I collected cranberry.
They are my precious memory of my student days. :)

I attended a training course of global culture in this weekend.
In this course, I learned trends of each cultures and nations.

At first, I was afraid that I would be boring and would fall in asleep,
however, the speaker had a great capacity of teaching.
His techniques, such as how to speak, how to keep alert, how to manage meeting, were very helpful to me.

Thanks to my concentration for this course,
I had a good and sound sleep when I came back home. :)

The mercury reached 40 degrees Celsius, today.
It was too hot for me to work in this occasion, or I felt sort of dizzy in this weather.
Perhaps, Japanese climate is already tropic one.

Fortunately, it rained in the evening, and temperature was decreased until being agreeable.
In a sense, this kind of days is very good to drink beer and to have something cold.
However, it is necessary for us to mention suffering from the summer heat.

I'm so sleepy I can barely keep my eyes open,
because I stayed up too late last night.
Three hours' sleep is not enough for me.

I am half asleep all day, recently.
Lack of sleep can undermine your ability to remember and to judge things.
Also, it's not good for beauty.

I purchased my new shoes, Vibram five fingers, one week ago.
Some say that these shoes give us good training for how to walk.

To be honest, it is true.
My foot fingers are very relax and stimulating the circulation by walking using these shoes.
Also, my hallux valgus is slightly fixed only one week.

If you try to wear these shoes, you would find your habit of walking.
In any case, muscle ache will teach you the point of bad walking.

When I am tired with sickness,
I always look for beautiful pictures on web sites.
Then, I realize that there are so many natural heritage throughout the world.
One of them is the Uyuni Salt Lake in Bolivia.

If condition is right, we can see the wonderful mirroring landscape.
There are the sky and cloud shadow in the lake at daylight,
and are the starlight shadow at night.

I would the most like to visit place in the world.
