Today it's my real first day at my new job. I started working on last Wednesday but we only assist at training days. The work is to try make a new partners for an NGO. I like the job because I think that I can help another people. Also I think that the NGO for which I work is a good NGO. I was worried for this topic because my opinion about NGOs are complicated. I think that they can be part of the solution but, sometimes, they can be part of the problem. Luckily, I think that this particular NGO can be part of the solution.

I was worried for about this topic because my opinion about NGOs are is complicated. (my opinion is singular, so the verb also has to be singular)
Also I think that the NGO that I work for is a good NGO. [This is a much more natural phrasing]
I started working on last Wednesday but we only assist at attend training daysAsistir a = to attend in English. To assist in English means to help. A false cognate for a spanish speaker! :)
Also I think that the NGO that I work for is a good NGO organization.Writing NGO twice is acceptable, but I think that using another word for NGO sounds a bit better!
