Sometimes I feel depressed when I think of my son and daughter's future. My young colleague only rely on the old value provided form the company and never try to go out from their comfortable zone. They don't tend to go abroad -- even it's company order. They grew up without quarrel and argue even in their sibling. But how can we survive unless we claim to the world? I know Chinese and Korean speak their own word in English. That's really nice. The old generation is increasing faster than the other countries. Imagine they teach my son/daughter how they treat in the business world -- it must be a nightmare.
