Depression in Spring

I commute every day. As you know, trains in Japan are very punctual. But recently, it often delays because of the accident. Some peple dive from the platform into the rail while the train is going through the station. Of course they were smushed into fragments of flesh. It is said that this kind of accident happenns most often in Spring. I wonder why. In spring many new things starts in Japan. Something wonderful. Spring is not the season when people terminate something.
