A short entry, in order to keep practising. ''Practice makes perfect'' says the idiom.
Today, I have talked with an English speaker. I have still problems to exprime myself (I don't find my words), but I remain optimistic. Every day, I read in English about half an hour and listen to it about 1 hour, but maybe I should double this to have greater progress.
After lunch, a friend of my son came and played with him. They have played outside (we have a wonderful temperature today) and at the Wii.
Tomorrow morning, we will do a bike ride (27 km) which is organized by our city. There is more longer ride too (up to 79 km) but the family ride will be well enough for us!

I have still have problems to exprime express myself (I don't find my words), but I remain optimistic.
"I have trouble finding words" would sound more natural.
Every day, I read in English for about half an hour and listen to it for about 1 hour [or: "listen to it for another hour"], but maybe I should double this to have make greater progress.
for 1 hour = pendant 1 heur
to make progress = faire des progrès
They have played outside (we have a wonderful temperature today) and at the Wii.
I think it's more natural to say "to play Wii/Xbox/PlayStation..."

"longer" est la comparatif de "long", donc la mot "more" est redunante dans ce contexte.
