I was born and raised in Zushi, Kanagawa prefecture of Japan.
We are a family of four.
My father, mother, and elder sister.
When I was small, I was often sick and there are some time to go into hospital.
When I was elementarly school, I started to learn Japanese Calligraphy.
Since I like "figure"s, so I was go into this. It was really fun for me.
I did calligraphy by myself after school every single day.

小さい頃は体が丈夫ではなく、なんどか入院したこともあります。
小学生になると、書道を習い始めました。
元々漢字やひらがなといった「文字」に興味があったので、夢中になりました。

I was born and raised in Zushi, which is located in Japan's Kanagawa prefecture of Japan. [You could also just write 'I was born and raised in Zushi, Kanagawa.' because we know you are Japanese. My suggestion sounds a little formal. You can also write what you wrote and it is not wrong.]

When I was at elementary school, I started to learn Japanese calligraphy.
Since I like "figure"s, so I was go into this. [Sorry. Not sure what you mean. Do you mean that you liked the shapes of the Japanese letters and wanted to be a calligrapher professionally? Or are you using 'into' in the sense of 'really enjoy'?]
It was really enjoyable for/to me. [A common mistake to write 'it was really fun'. If using 'fun' you should say 'a lot of fun' or something similar.]

not only Japanese characters but also alphabets.
