日本語の聴く
NHKラジオを聴いたところです。何もをぜんぜんわからなかった。はずかしくて悲しかったわよ。上手なになるのはいつですか。話のスピードがかわれるらしいですが、し方はわからないと思います。これはゆっくりと言うんですがまた速いすぎる。
さあ、練習しなければいけない．．．
I just finished listening to NHK radio. I couldn't understand anything at all. When will I become good at this? It is my understanding that the speed of the speech can be changed but I don't think I understand. It says that it is slow but for me, it's too fast.
(sigh) I must practice.

日本語の勉強、がんばってください。
聞くのは、読むのよりスピードが早くないといけないので、難しいですね。
私も英語のラジオは、会話よりも分かりにくいから。
気にしないで、これからも頑張ってね！

話のスピードがらしいですが、し方はわからないと思います。 is supposed to be:
話のスピードがかわれるらしいですが、し方はわからないと思います。
話のスピードがらしいですが、し方はわからないと思います。 →機械を使って音のスピードを変えられるそうなのですが、やり方（or 使い方）がわかりません。
参考まで、より自然な日本語の文章を英文に加筆しました。
ＮＨＫラジオは、正しい日本語の文法、イントネーションが勉強できます。
しかし、少し難しい言葉が使われることがあります。
