What can old cats eat?

My cat, Lampa is an old cat. She is fifteen years old. She always loves to eat, but she can’t eat than before. I would like to know good food for old cat. She was fat, but she becomes skinny. Now, she licks source of canned cat food, raw chicken or raw beef.
