Ａ：おもしろいこと言ってほしいなら 最初から そう言えよ
Ｂ：じゃあ 何か おもしろいこと言って
この「何か」は 「なんか、気持ち悪い」のですか？ 「何かを食べたい」の「何か」ですか？
Basically, I'd like to know which "何か" this is--the one that means /something/ or the one used as /like/ or /somehow/?

And in this case, the pronunciation of 「何か」 is usually "nanka（なんか）".
ex.) （If a person doesn't have anything to do, he is likely to say)
なんか退屈だ。Somehow I feel bored.
And if an adjective and a noun comes after 「何か」, it means "something".
In this case, the pronunciation of 「何か」 is either "nanika（なにか）" or "nanka（なんか）".
So if you pronounce this example 「なにか面白いこと言って」 or 「なんか面白いこと言って」, either is good.
