ちなみに６歳のむすめは幼稚園で全部暗礁しましたね・・・

ただ日常（会話）ではほとんど使ってませんね

We often come across the traditional calender in calender papers, TV programs,TV games, mangas, there around us. We also learn it at school in the class of traditional Japanese "古文（こぶん）".

The calender is not used in business though, it's still living as a culture.

旧暦の呼び方は今日（こんにち）の日本でも十分息づいていると思います。
有名な歌手の歌詞の中でも見られます。
女の子の名前で、「さつき」「はづき」「やよい」はよく見られます。
10月の旧暦の呼び方が面白いです。それは日本の神話に由来します。
10月は日本の多くの神が出雲大社での会議に参加します。
なので、私たちの近くに神はいないのです。

干支（えと）もまた興味もって調べてみると面白いですよ！
旧暦の呼び方も干支も10代の頭のやわらかい時期に覚えることをおすすめします。
うちの母は意欲はあっても全く覚えれないですから…。

I think it'stil living names of traditional calender in Japan very much.
We can see it sings by famous singer.
Also we often see it when we see female's name,"Satsuki","Hazuki","Yayoi".
I think it's interesting that Octorber's name comes from Japanese myth.Japanese many god participate in meeting in Izumo-Taisya in Octorber,so we think they don't appear around us.

You have to learn names of traditional calender and it by heart during teenager,because they learn anything by heart more easy.
My mother couldn't have been learn them by heart since that I was baby,though she want to do.
