Things I'm thinking these days.

It has gone by 1 year and 5 months since I left Japan.
I can say it passed slow and fast.

What I think these days is, "how we spend time everyday is very different between Japan and North America."
(I know only North America's lifestyle as I've never lived another area.)

Many Japanese people who I met here said, they want to return Japan, but they don't want to work in Japan, because it's difficult to find a work as same condition as working in Canada. Monthly salary in Tokyo is definitely better, but you have to work late everyday and work even in the weekend.Once they got used to work in overseas, it might diffcult to return to Japan.

I don't know why, but Japanese people, especially people work in Tokyo are extremely busy. Some people don't even have time to spend money.I was one of them, when I was working in Tokyo I was very busy.
I spent my money though...
Of course my friends and colleagues are keep living that life style.

Something doesn't seem right...
We've learned about The Labor Standards Law in school, but where is it?

I've got mixed feelings, I feel like returning to my former work, and living in Tokyo since my friends are still there, but I just can't return to that lifestyle.

I miss Japan, Japanese food, family and friends, Japan is really cool country but something doesn't seem right... or is this only my imagination?

I've been living in America for 5 years, and for the past 4 years
i was constantly telling myself, i want to go back!! i want to go back!
(my homecountry its mexico)

i still keep in touch with some of my friends back there
and our lifestyles are so different~~~

everytime i said i was going back
some of them told me, "you're not gonna get used to this lifestyle again"
"its gonna be so different.." etc

also i cant imagine myself earning less money for the same or
even more difficult job, than the one i have here. .

i really want to go back, but i've come to the conclusion
if i ever go back, it wont be to live there again but just to
go as in a short vacation and then come back to america

Thank you for gave me careful correction!
mmm, maybe your friends are right.
we are not gonna get used to former lifestyle...
we're getting used to new lifestyle without knowing it..

Going back to home town as on vacation is great,
but maybe it's not as great as live there...
