The typhoon hit Tokyo last night.
Fortunately, I could get off work earlier than usual, so I could be at home when the wind was the most strong.
Today, the weather is so clear after a typhoon has passed.
I think that life is like the weather, beause sometimes it is fantastic, and sometimes it is awful.

You're grammar is correct, but in English we use strongest for 'most strong' / weakest for 'most weak'- it's more natural
Today, the weather is so clear because a typhoon has passed. / The weather following the typhoon is so clear
