As of today, we've changed the correction system on Lang-8.
If you aren't immediately able to see your corrections after you make them, all you need to do is reload (refresh) the (web)page and they will appear. (....do is hit "refresh")
Then they will be appear.

Here, the Japanese have written articles (blogs) about the last year's earthquake in English, so myself and other Japanese people would like as many people to read them as possible.

Mostly I can't enter text in the correction box.
I'm using Windows Internet Explorer. I have already deleted my browser cache.
My problem is, I can't apply corrections and formatting (color, bold, etc) together.
I have to apply 1 correction/formatting, then close the correction box, then open the correction box again, and then apply another 1 correction/formatting.
I'm lucky, I can still help my language friends. :) It's very slow, though....
Any suggestions?
Could you try to use Firefox or Google Chrome?

That finally got fixed. Now, and for the past several days, whenever I try to type corrections to Nihonjin journal entries, my cursor stops every 30 seconds or so, and I cannot type anything. My cursor just stands there and stops blinking. Frustrated, I experimented and found that if I clicked on the correction window's right-side down-arrow, it would reactivate right where I stopped.
But this is a terrible nuisance!
Now it takes me three times as long to type journal corrections because of this delay. Why does this suddenly happen? I have had my new Dell computer with IE9 since June 2011, and I have never had any Lang-8 problems with it until recently.

I am a premium user and expect everything to run smoothly 98% of the time! Maybe I'm dreaming! But I am VERY popular with the Nihonjin members of Lang-8, and people expect me to give them corrections. I LOVE Lang-8. It's the greatest thing in the world -- as long as it's working. ;-)
