I've tried correcting this twice, but both times the same thing happened. I corrected the entry, and it looked fine in the preview. However, when I saw the actual post, it just said that I had erases every single sentence and put nothing in return!

Basically what happened to me in that entry just happened here ↑

I like that journals you haven't looked at are color coded now. That's really helpful.

And what do the yellow fields on the main page mean? Some entries have a yellow background, are these new ones or important ones? Or similar?

I have a problem after the maintenance. It seems your site has gone crazy after that.

I was making corrections on a journal before that. And then when I was about to post it, your site had already gone to the maintenance.

After it recovered, I went to the same entry and started copy and paste my corrections, since all of the corrections had been made. It's a really long entry so that I didn't want to waste my time by starting from scratch. But when I saw a preview, I gasped. My corrections were all placed in wrong lines!!! I tried the same thing a couple times but the result was the same. I'm so tired...

Is it the wrong thing if I do copy and paste? Or placing the long line comments on one correction has become a wrong thing?
Maybe, I'll try from scratch tomorrow. But I'm sure I'll appreciate if you can check this.

And I hope in any case, if you have maintenance, you'll have warning displayed where we can easily notice.

Let's try with just one correction... You see, it worked for me when I tried it in my own journal.

However, I have encountered two problems.

First, the order of "Entries awaiting your corrections" is weird.
Previously, they were ranked by the time they were posted,
but now they're all mixed up.

The other problem is about replying messages.
Previously, when I reply ones message,
the original message from the sender also appears in the message box,
with a ">" in front of every line.
(And this is quite convenient for replying messages.)
But now it just doesn't appear...

I would appreciate it if the problem can be fixed.

Uh, sorry... So in other words, if the writer of the entry has chosen a language flag ("Help me with my English", for example), all corrections will be just empty lines under ALL the original sentences, no matter how many of them have been corrected.

Also the language list there isn't in any kind of order.

Oh also, I just wrote a new entry, and after I published it, I noticed I had a HUGE list of drafts saved from it. Apparently, it saved a new draft every second!

I found something wrong more.

I posted new journal entry after the maintenance. After a while, this entry indicates there're two people which have read it. But there are no signs of Footprints in my page at all. Isn't it strange?

are you aware that some updates are not working? For example, http://lang-8.com/1174/journals/273040.

I made some corrections but they did not appear in my post.

Could you please take a look? It seems that I am not the only person affected.

And when are you going to allow people to add their comments in a separate area from the main text?

I've also been having problems with posting comments. It was working fine right after the update, but then at some point, corrections just wouldn't register. If I added a comment, then the comment would go in, but all the corrections be set null.

Also, trying to post a journal entry, I got an error page. After trying several times, I just gave up. Shortly after I noticed that the entry had actually been posted multiple times (I assume each time I tried but was served the error message).

Hope this gets fixed.

And as you can see, the problem remains... :-(

今気がついたのですが、自分のエントリーに自分でコメントをつけた場合にもMy commentsの一覧に反映されるようになったようです。今までは自己レスは対象外でしたよね？
この部分は対象外のままの方がいいと思うのですが…。
小さなことですのでゆっくりでいいですが、ご検討願います。

あとStefan Koch さんも仰っているように、エントリーの色分けの基準が良くわかりません。あとで説明があるのでしょうか。

新しくもらったメッセージも開いて戻ってみると消えてしまったようです。

「あなたを添削してくれた人の履歴」と「あなたが添削した人の履歴」が、古い日付の日記から先に表示されるようになってしまいました。最新のactivityが上に表示されるように直せませんか？

I see the sort order for entries in the language you want to learn is correct. By date posted of the original posting (much better than what appeared to be last view date).

In the language waiting for your correction the list order shows entries with no corrections for the last few days, and then things from March and older.

プレミアムアカウント取得者のエントリーに色がつくようになったように思いますが、そうなのでしょうか。

重複しますが、トラブルについては
・「添削があります」とメール通知があり、ホームにも「You have 1 new journal comment(s)!」とありますが、実際にはありません。添削してくれた人が添削後にそれを削除したとは考えにくいですね（その人がメッセージなしにそうするとは思えない）。確認しますが・・・

・「My comments」の時間表示がおかしいです。

・「correction history of the uses you corrected」
のホームに表示されるものが、最新のものではありません。

私が知る限り、４件の添削が消えてしまっています。午前１０時ごろに私が添削を終えたときにはその日記にはすでに３件の添削がされていました。（午前９時ごろまでにされたもの）
午後１時にはそれら４件はすべてなくなっており、新たに１２時すぎにされた添削だけが表示されていました。
マイホームの「あなたが添削した人の履歴」には記録が残っています。

I am having the same problems with the corrected sentences, they are all blank for me, and "(null)" is displayed at the bottom of the page. It is difficult to correct journals if we don't know what have been corrected until now.... :(

中国人のマイフレンド曰く
彼のマイホームのページにその日記が表示されたそうです。

もう一人はマイフレンドではない人なので、
たぶん、「中国語の添削を待っている最近の日記のリスト」に表示されたと思われます。

・どうも日本時間の本日午前中に添削してもらった添削が消えてしまっているようですね。
私の場合は、9:43AM（日本時間）の添削が消えてしまって見ることができません。

I keep getting emails when people correct my entries, even though I turned this option off in the settings...kind of annoying.

メンテナンス終了後の数時間の添削が消えています。
パソコン環境Windows XP, Firefox 2.0 ですが、マイホームでマイフレンドの最新日記、添削を待っている日記など、中央部分が表示されません。

Sorry, but there is another little problem - e-mail notifications about the corrections and messages. In my page settings, it's turned off. But after the maintenance, I started to receive notifications about new corrections and messages... (in my case, it was 60 e-mails in 2 days:)
I will be very gratefull if it could be fixed:)

I'm receiving e-mail notifications about new Friend Requests and Accepted Friend Requests. So it seems, that it's not completely fixed. (in my page settings, e-mail notifications are turned off, I checked it again now)
