The importance of job satisfaction in a grown-up's life has become a frequent topicof discussion when people try to explain the role of work play in their life.
We can find there are several factors contribute to job satisfaction in people's life.Firstly,a decent working condition is a fundamental factor helps employees acquire satisfaction in theirjobs.Bright and spacious office, friendly and easy atmosphere, encouraging and innovative enterprise culture.All of these consist of a good working condition which made their staff feel comfortable.Otherwise,people work under high pressure in terrible working condition hardly get satisfacted with their job.Furthermore, individuals should choose the job they are intrested in.If they are favor of their jobs,they would like to devote themselves into their work and get joy at the mean time. Working is more like managing an intrest than only for living. for this reason, people are easier feel satisfacted from their occupation.Moreover, achievement always associated with satisfaction in job,that is to say,people acquired success in their working field are likely to access to satisfaction. However, success always accompanied with sweat and pays. Achievement is not the only reason to get job satisfaction.
Honestly, Whether it is realistic or not that all worers fulfill their expectations of job satisfaction is still be a problem. Idealy, it would be like everyone could gets job satifaction it their work life. IN reality, a lot of staff are not content with their own work. For my part, the best solution are employers should improve the working condition for their workers, and government should make relevant policies to provide more job opportunities, for more people to get a job first. More importantly, individuels should exploit their ownselves in their own field and try to enjoy their work.
