In recent years, the correspondence of more and more people is being printed out instead of being written out by hand.
I think it’s not only faster but also a singh of impartiality.
There is no different between printed matter. However, there are differents between written matter.
In ancient China, Kings wrote down their instructions on raw silks which are called imperial edict.
Receiving a imperial edict means meeting the king. And if more collors there are on a silk, higher official position the man who reveive the imperial edict is.
So I think it’s an unfairness part of written matter. About printed matter there is no such things.
If there is , I think it is the sighting under printed words. But it is also belongs to written matter.
