Yesterday was achievement test day, so all of the students left school in noon.
So, a teacher who likes curry very much and I went to a curry shop for lunch. When we arrived the curry shop, the shop was very crowded. There are four tables in the shop, but all of the seats were already filled.
At the time the customers of a table seemed to have finished their lunch, but they chatted and didn't attempt to make room for us. I thought that chatting is interesting indeed, but that they were not kind.
I wonder if what I want to say is understandable or not. The thought that when the restaurant is crowded the customers who have finished eating should make room for other customers might be just Japanese habit.
Anyway, the curry was very delicious as usual!!

そこで、ぼくともう一人のカレー好きな先生とで、お昼を食べにカレー屋さんに出かけました。ぼくたちが着いたとき、すごく混んでいました。４つあるテーブルは全て埋まっていました。
１つのテーブルのお客さんたちは食事が済んでいるようでしたが、おしゃべりをしていて、席を空けてくれそうにありませんでした。確かにおしゃべりは楽しいですが、親切ではないなとも思いました。
ぼくが言っていることは分かってもらえる内容でしょうか？お店が混んでいる時、食事が済んだ客は、他の客のために席を空けるべきだというのは、日本だけの慣習かもしれません。
まあ、でも、カレーはいつも通り美味しかったんですけど。

Instead of a period, you can end this sentence with a comma to connect it to the next sentence.
so, a teacher who likes curry very much and I went to a curry shop for lunch.
The comma after "so" is unnecessary.
When we arrived at the curry shop, the shop it was very crowded.
Because you have already mentioned the shop once in the sentence, the second time you can substitute it with "it."
Although I do thought think that chatting is interesting fun indeed, but that they were not being kind.
- "Although" at the beginning of the sentence makes the meaning more clear.
- "do" before the verb adds emphasis, and I believe it has a more similar meaning to 「確かに」 in your Japanese sentence than "indeed."
- "being" before kind makes clear the tense of their action.

It is hard to tell whether it's "the achievement test day" or "an achievement test day" without knowing more about it. If it were the name of the day (as in "Achievement Test Day" with capital letters), you wouldn't even use an article.
So, I went to a curry shop for lunch with another teacher who likes curry.
It's awkward to cram all that information into the subject.
When we arrived at the curry shop, the shop it was very crowded.
There are were four tables in the shop, but all of the seats were already filled.
At the time The customers of a sitting at one table seemed to have finished their lunch, but they chatted were chatting and didn't attempt to make room for us.
I thought think that chatting is certainly interesting indeed, but that they were not kind I did not think they were kind.
I wonder if what I want to say am saying is understandable or not.

Once I used to go for lunch with people like that, but they were always chatting about other people's rumors and gossips, so I ended to go with them.
