Name + san, kun ,chan

Use san is better for every situation and everyone. Recently an elementary school teacher use san for girls and boys, because it is for a gender issue.
I am an adult woman, when sometimes I called Name + kun or chan by a older people and the company higher-ups. These are use inferiors, I felt someone look down on me.
