My wrist is quite recoverd.

I will return to my work at tomorrow.

But wrist pain is still remain.

Doctor said that take a week for completely recoverd.

I would like to work as soon as possible.

    You don't need to use "at" with: today, tomorrow, yesterday, day after tomorrow etc.
    Use "at" with times. :) eg. at 5 o'clock, at night.
