Just some of those days
yesterday I fell on my bike.. and, well.. got a pretty nasty cut on my left hand -Wich meant another trip to the ER. Where they greeted me with the most heartly and warm "welcome back!"
Got sewn together and a brand new bandage on my left hand -on that matches the one on my right broken wrist...
It´s just some of those days you know?
Both hands in bandages, on in plaster ...the other just in bandage... pretty silly!
But I got some new friends at the ER, and the nurses and doctors smiles and laughs everytime they think of me (I think that they are starting making bets on when I´m comming back, and what I´ve broken next time...)
One thing I can say for sure, I really really appreciate that our welfare is payed over our taxes!
Sometimes you get unlucky and if you had to pay for it yourself, well -that could ruin you!
But that´s not something I have to think about. I only have to get well!
Oh! Another great thing also happend yesterday!
I got a room!! It´s in a shared apartment. We´re going to live 4 people together: 2 girls and 2 boys. All students, one boy are going to study arabic, another medicine, one girl from norway, she´ll study psychology and me with japanese.
We´re going to share a HUGE apartment right in the center of the city, and 2 times a week we´ll have a cleaning lady comming by -doing our laundry and cleaning the apartment.
That´s not a shabby student-life! Actually, that´s a pretty sweet student life! Sometimes I´m more than lucky -then the universe needs some balance I think, therefore: the accidents... or, well, mayby I´m just clumsy!
The Clumsy Elf.
