I've been teaching as an elementary school teacher for 10 years now.
I love my job and it is interesting for me to be a teacher.
There are three important things for me in my job.
1)Loving my students
Students can feel whether their teacher loves them.
If the teacher handle them with his/her love, they reward.
I like this saying "love your work, and your work will love you back". I think it is same for students.
2)Making effort
Teachers have to study hard for creating their nice class everytime.
3)Enjoying to be a teacher
For creating pleasant class, it is important to feel pleasant for only not students but also teachers.
Although teacer is not high paying job, I love my job.
