Galette Lunch

I had a galette for lunch with my friends today.
Galette is a local cuisine of Brittany in France.
It is made of buckwheat, water and salt.
The galette I ate was served with many vegatables and an egg.
It was very nice.
I think it is well-balanced and nutritious dish.
Besides that, as it is match wine well, so it is good not only for lunch but also for dinner.
I'd like to try sweet one for snack next time.

今日は友人とお昼ごはんにガレットを食べました。
ガレットはフランスのブルターニュ地方の郷土料理で、
そば粉と水と塩でできています。
私が食べたガレットはたくさんの野菜と卵が添えられて出されました。
とても美味しかったです。
ガレットはバランスが良く栄養価の高い料理だと思います。
その上、ワインにも合うので、ランチとしてだけでなくディナーとしても良いと思います。
次回は、おやつに甘いガレットを食べてみたいです。
