I was lazy in this month. I didn't update the topic at all.
Actually, my life became busy these days.
It was pleasure for me, because my work became more interesting.

By the way, I went to Grand Canyon the other day.
During that travel, everything was wonderful.
I drove a car for 10hours on one way, such a long drive was first time for me.
However the view from the highway was completely different from Japan.
I saw wide deserts and huge rocks and cows and deers and coyote and so on,
I didn't get bored for 10hours.

After the long way, I got Grand Canyon.
I can't explain properly with words but I felt something magnificent.
I felt the slow and great time. I think I can't get that kind of experience from Japanese scenery.

A evening view of LA from a higher place was wonderful. There was a gradation like a rainbow in a sky on a horizontal line, and below it there were various colors tiny living lights. It look like a paradise of colors and lights.

My family went Griffis observatory 3 days ago. It was a nice place. We didn't have to pay for entrance. We could see Hollywood sign nearly. There was a planetalium and a wonderful view. We spent few hours there.

In a planetalium, my son was scared in a dark place at first, but after the show started and he saw a beautiful image he said with a smile "It's wonderful!!" Best of all, I can't forget the evening view of LA. The changing view during the sunset made me foget the time.

Almost 3 months have passed since I moved to L.A. and started my work.
Time flies, really.
I get used to being here and learn a part of work.
However there are still a lot of work and little that I can do.
This mekes me feel sorry and stress:{

In my work, schedule can be changed easily.
We must be flexible, but I am able to hear not all my collegue's conversation.
So, it is difficult for me to catch uo them.

I want to improve my English asap┗( ￣◇￣)

I don't know why, but I'm so sleepy today...
I slep well last night, I drank much coffee, I did some exrecises.
However, they haven't work at all. Mmm, what should I do.
My feeling of tension has gone away, it's not good.
I have to reset myself as I started my life here.

Anyway, I'm gonna sleep for a few minutes.
Be sure myself, only a few minutues!

We went to a farm and picked up our own vegetables and fruits yesterday.
It was much fun.

It was a season of strawberries, egg plants, radishes and bell peppers.
My son was good at finding the big vegetables, he picked up a lot of them.
Every time he found them, he shouted "I found it, big, big!!"
It was so cute(^^)

We were in the vast farm, under the big sun and surrounded some animals.
In this wonderful situation, we picked up vegetables and fruits for our own by ourselves.
It was a great time to feel the nature and sense of openness.

I want to go there again in the season for other vegetables.
However, on the way to the farm which is near from Camarillo I must use a highway.
(We live in Los Angeles.)
I don't get used to a highway, it is scary for me.
Mmm..., it's the big problem.

Do you know radio exercise?
It's Japanese taraditional exercise everyone knouws in Japan.

During summer vacatin of elementary schools, we woke up early and gathered in parks or open spaces. There, we did exercise listening to radio music and directions.(I forget accurate time, but I think it started from about 6:30.)

If we joined the exercise, we could get stamps and sometimes sweet treats.If we complete the stamps, we coule get some stationeries. I had tried complete them, but I never because getting up early was so difficult for me.

I think childern gatherin in early morning and doing same exercise look strage for foreigners, but it reminds me elementary school summer vacation.

These days, watching Spongebob from 9pm to 10pm is my family's daily routine.
I haven't watched it while I was in Japan.
I thought him as something like a character of cheese ^^;

The story is so silly, but attractive.
After dinner, it is a relax and fun family time to watch it and laugh.
We can't finish a day without it.

Does anybody know the first episode of Spongebob?
Why does he live under the sea? Why is only he the sponge while other characters are sea creatures?
I want to see the beginning story.

Today was a disappointing day(;_;)
I had a behind-wheel driving test in this morning, but I failed it.

When I tried to turn to left, there were pedestrians who were walking on the road.
After they almost crossed away, I started to drive.
That was the reason why I failed.
The examiner told me that I had to wait until they passed ''completely''.
Mmm...
I thought I waited obviously enough.

I have to have one more exam on next monday.
I'll do more and more carefully and pass it!!

I went a sushi restaurant with my colleague for dinner.
It was a little bit funny for me.
Because the chef was Korean who say 'welcome' in japanese,
and the style of sushi is different from Japan.
But they tasted good!!
I think they were not common sushi, but I like them.

We bought a table and a pair of chairs at yardsale, yesterday.
They match just what we were looking for.
The color is white and its size is for 3 or 4 people.
We become to love them soon when we saw.
Above all, a family who sold them were so nice.
They were friendly and so kind. My son was playing with their son during moving furnitures.
After that brief time, my son become to like him.

We had a happy time because of not only finding the furnitures but seeing such a nice family.

Scrapbooking became my wife's new hobby.
She joined a scrapbooking group at her friend's house in this afternoon.
After coming home, she talked a lot about conversation with her friends, their children, sweets during a group and pictures and decorations used for scrapbooking.
She seemed enjoyed it very much.
I am happy seeing her smiling face now.

I am under diet in these days.
I get my worksite on foot in 30minutes.
It makes me break a little sweat.
My lunch is salad.

I have lost my weight from 73kg to 70kg. But my goal is 68kg.
I have to keep it. Hang on, me!!

My family and I joined a English Speak Learning class, last night.
The English conversation is tough for us.
We could tell only less than a half of our thinking,
and the conversation stopped again and again.
But there were some native speakers who taught us so kindly.
They help us to speak. They taught us English terms. They told us custom of here.
Because of them, we enjoyed the conversation time very much.

Today is Sunday. The best day of a week.
I was looking for today for whole week.

I slept until 10 a.m. And a piece of apricot pie was for late breakfast.
I slept again. And I woke up at noon.
After that, my family and I went to shopping.
On the way of shopping, we dropped by a art museum and take a rest in a park.
On the sunny beautiful day, grass is a wonderful bed. I slept again.
Then we enjoyed slow shopping.

What a lazy and luxurious day today was!
But my work begin from tomorrow again.
I am gonna miss today.

Coffee is resource of energy everyday.

I drink it 3 times a day at least.
Among them, coffee in beginning of a day is special.
Flavor makes me relax, and caffeine makes me awake.

Today I bought a cup of coffee at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
I think it is one of popular coffee stores in L.A. Because I can fine a lot of them in the city.
Conversations with a store clerk too gave me energy.

I want to enjoy today too!!

Recently, we often have hamburgers home for dinner.
My wife makes something for putting inside, and we make them ourselves.
That's fun!! We can arrange the substances as we like.

Today, the main substance were teriyaki tofu hamburg steaks.
They were healthy and delicious.

But sometimes, I tend to have too much. I am full now(；´∀｀)
I can sleep soon today. Ha-ha.

Here, people are so friendly!
I am not very god at English and can't understand conversations at all.
But co-wokers always give me a nice greeting and attention.
It comforts me.

Today, an old lady who just shared a elevator with me asked 'How are you?' with smile.
It was simple thing but made me happy and comfortable.
In frst meeting and sharing a short time, usually it doesn't happen in Japan, I think.

My family and I went to the car dealer shop in Santa Monica today.
We could find a good car, TOYOTA Rav4.
The size and the price of it was just what we expected.
And the looks is very nice, we love it!!

It is going to be few days for preparing to be ours. But it is hard to wait(^_^;)
We haven't a car yet in the U.S. So, sometimes going out in distance is tough for us.
But soon, we can run with it and go to shopping, Disneylland and Universal Studio Hollywood.
They must be fun.

However I am afraid the drives' manner here. Almost drivers are very good,
But sometimes there are so rude drivers. In addition to this the rule of traffic are different, we have to drive in opposite side of road. It makes me nervous.
